40.02 mi in 02:59:11 hours at 13.40 mi/h on Carrera Road. [Cycling] A fast ride down to Walney Island flying through Urswick, Gleaston, Leece and Roose down int Barrow. Then a ride all the way to the South End Nature Resrve then it was a slow ride back along the coast past Rampside, Baycliffe & Bardsea and up to Ulverston - slowed down as it was a lovely day & I took lots of photographs.
