7.01 mi in 00:39:40 hours at 10.60 mi/h on Trek .. [Cycling] Cycle from South Gyle up through Sight Hill to pick up with the Union Canal and the Tow Path which is now a cycle path. Along the towpath to Slateford where I had to call in to Caledonian Brewery for a Meeting after which I cycled into the City past Fountain Bridge and through the Grassmarket to avoid the chaos that is the Edinburgh Tram system roadworks.
