8.77 mi in 00:44:18 hours at 11.88 mi/h on Trek .. [Cycling] Cycle to the golf course for a 9am round of golf at Heworth Golf Club but after a very slow round I found myself on the 18th Green at 12:55 which wouldnt have been a problem except I was going to St James' park to watch the Toon play Liverpool at a 13:30 kick off - A head down fast ride to Town followed not helped by having to also avoid the Sunday Quayside Market - Bike parked up in Eldon Gardens Car Park & a fast change followed by a run up to the Ground & I was in my seat just in time for kickoff !!
