12.67 mi in 01:15:17 hours at 10.10 mi/h on Carrera Road. [Cycling] Showers and strong winds made this an interesting ride - some nice shots spotted for some interesting photographs though ... in between the showers.

4 Miles : The Morecambe Bay coastine looking East towards Bardsea

5 Miles : A wave captured on a very high tide
today on Morecambe Bay - never seen it this
high before

5.5 Miles : Colourful wet fields just below Bardsea
Village.

6.5 Miles : Just off the Main road where Dragley
Beck crosses underneath there is a small stone bridge
and this pond has backed up from the bridge - the
vivid greens looked stunning.

8 Miles : Fields near Outcast provided me with a perfect opportunity
to frame Hoad Monument between a very interesting pair of trees

8 Miles : Another interesting tree and a great sky
to frame it - I call this shot 'Lasagne' because it is
made up of lots of horizontal layers and colours.
