[Cycling] Routine ride from York Station to Tadcaster but the train journey wasn't routine ... not every day you make way for a Dame which I did at Darlington today when Dame Tanni Grey Thompson got on my train just as I was going back to my seat from my usual change in the toilets into my cycle gear.
