7.19 mi in 00:29:32 hours at 14.61 mi/h on Pinnacle Hybrid. [Cycling] Ouch this was tough - about to leave this morning when I realised both my bike locks were on my bike in York. A hunt round the house resulted in finding a chain and padlock but it left me only 35 minutes till the train left ....
Head down and full power into a headwind all the way to Newcastle and ..... Did it with 5 minutes to spare :-)
