13.48 mi in 00:59:08 hours at 13.68 mi/h on Pinnacle Hybrid. [Cycling] Nice night and plenty of time to catch a train so I took the small roads to the North of Tadcaster through Wighill, Healaugh and Askham Richard before venturing into Acomb.
The last time I went into Acomb it took me an hour to get back out !!!
Anyway this time I made it through and down Holgate to York Station in plenty time for the 18:51 ..... which was delayed and now due at 19:42 !!
How on earth can Railtrack run trains thorugh the winter we just had but get signalling problems 2 weeks running near Stevenage in this beautiful weather.
Can't we sell British Rail to the Swiss
