12.49 mi in 00:53:53 hours at 13.91 mi/h on Carrera Road. [Cycling] What to do on a Sunday afternoon ? Well it was a quick blast over Birkrigg Common & along the coast to Canal End following the Canal back through town. Georgeous day for cycling - In between the showers (which I managed !!)
