21.42 mi in 01:27:41 hours at 14.66 mi/h on Pinnacle Hybrid. [Cycling] Cycled down to the coast through Boldon and Cleadon to Whitburn and allong the coast to South Shields - wanting a decent run out I then followed the river Tyne along to Hebburn and back up along Mill Lane and home - It was only when I downloaded the ride that I realised that I had actually cycled the full boundary of the borough of Soth Tyneside without meaning to !
