6.88 mi in 00:40:22 hours at 10.23 mi/h on Trek .. [Cycling] Tried to pick a new way across town to South Gyle avoiding the Tram construction chaos around the Haymarket. Unfortunately I got snagged up in a traffic jam on Angle Park Terrace and made a bad call to drop down the hill to Gorgie Road ... only for to find Gorgie road shut going west for about a mile stretch of it near Tynecastle.
Having navigated these problems I then seemd to hit 99 / 100 traffic lights just turning to red as I approached.
Weather : 3C, Blinding low Sun & dry - Chilly ride into work today.
