[Cycling] Very fast cycle up to town into a slight headwind after watching the England game there was only 45 minutes till my train left for Sheffield. I had serviced my Trek at the weekend fitting new brakes and gear cable and it was ... smoothe as silk - the best ride in a while and I wish I had serviced it BEFORE going to the States !
