7.41 mi in 00:33:14 hours at 13.38 mi/h on Trek .. [Cycling] Straight forward cycle home from the Toon until I hit the Millenium Bridge and a fellow cyclist cut in front of me then slowed down ... I nipped past coming off the bridge and as I cycled round Jury's he went the other way and emerging on the South Shore Road he was still behind - but he maxed it and went past and ... the challenge was on ... I kept him in my sights all the way to Pelaw but he turned off just as I was about to get him
