Mon, Feb 20, 2012 - 6.90 mi [Cycling] 6.90 mi in 00:39:45 hours at 10.42 mi/h on Trek .. [Cycling] Early morning cycle up to Central Station to catch the 7:28 train to York where I dropped my bike before heading across to Manchester this morning. No Ice at all despite low temps - a pleasant ride all in all with little wind for a change !
