10.95 mi in 00:41:55 hours at 15.67 mi/h on Bianchi Nironne 7. [Cycling] Cycle up to the Golf Course before a round when just couldn't put the ball in the hole shooting a 92 which was so close to being an 82 !
Anyway the weather was fine so it was back via Follinsby Lane & Boldon to get a few more miles in.
